The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically-minded Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the end-to-end project management and multi-site roll out for each of our new customers. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, the sales team and the internal technical teams to understand customer requirements and deliver on the same.
Other job responsibilities include:
- Effectively deliver each project on time, in budget and with exceptional customer service at the forefront of delivery.
- Manage the full programme of works to a high standard, keeping all parties up to date with timelines and potential challenges.
- Provide technical help where needed, maintaining a solutions-focused approach to every problem or query.
- Work closely with the Technical Project Coordinator and the customer to understand their requirements and deliver against the same.
- Liaise with the internal technical teams to ensure hardware and software is aligned with the customer’s needs.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, visit customer sites when needed and continue to drive innovation.
- Update relevant information pertaining to connectivity when applicable.
- Highlight, challenge and report when key milestones are hit, missed or delayed. Establishing reasons, mitigation and management processes.
- Build and maintain a strong technical understanding of our product and services.
- Gather key learnings from each project to inform future customer interactions.

Essential Skills and Qualities:
- Considerable experience as a Project Manager for a technical product in a fast-paced, customer-focused organisation.
- Experience of working as a Project Manager for a technical product into retail organisations is considered highly desirable but not essential.
- Qualified to degree level, ideally with additional qualifications in Project Management, or similar.
- Demonstrable experience working with multiple stakeholders and coordinating multi-site roll outs.
- Proven background understanding and distilling complex technical data into easily translatable action points.
- Strong track record of project reporting and analysis.
- Demonstrable background of delivering large-scale technical projects.
- Superb organisational skills.
- Willing to learn and drive to succeed.
- High level of interpersonal communication.
- Fully proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Both reactive and proactive to completing tasks.
