We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end project management of a full fibre network rollout for WhiteFibre on the IOW. In this pivotal role, you will take responsibility for the project from inception to completion, ensuring the successful delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs), including time, cost, and quality. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will collaborate closely with the PMO and Delivery function, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire project teams with your natural leadership skills and extensive technical knowledge in the telecoms industry.
  • Utilize your strong prioritization skills to focus on key project elements that contribute to the overall success of the rollout.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering medium to large multi-site client projects while effectively managing capital budgets.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate project progress, milestones, and achievements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure successful project completion, adhering to project KPIs and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Project management qualifications such as Prince2 Practitioner or APM, demonstrating your expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license to facilitate project site visits and coordination.
  • Solid knowledge of fibre optics and its implementation in telecoms infrastructure projects.
