The role of People and Culture (HR) Coordinator:

The People and Culture Coordinator is the first smiling face employees and applicants meet upon entering into the People and Culture Office. This position provides support to the People and Culture Department in a large number of responsibilities. The People and Culture Coordinator handles every task with integrity and confidentiality.

The ideal People and Culture (HR) Coordinator will have:

• Prior experience in HR within Hospitality field required
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and respond to changing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Additional languages beneficial, but not required
• Proficient computer use, including Microsoft Office
