Job Title: Project Manager - Software House
Location: Remote
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at a fast-growing software house. The ideal candidate should have a background in computer science and knowledge of app development. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating documentation for the development team, being the direct point of contact for clients regarding projects and organizing resources between projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects
- Manage resources and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Facilitate meetings and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are progressing according to plan
- Track project progress and ensure issues and risks are identified and addressed in a timely manner
- Generate project status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as a project manager in the software development industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello or equivalent
- Ability to speak Russian/Ukrainian is a plus, but not a requirement
- Willingness to occasionally meet with clients or staff in-person as needed
- Must adhere to UK holiday calendar

Salary: £34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
