The successful candidate will become an integral member of the team at WSC. They will be involved in the continual development and improvement of schemes of work and resources, and will be focussed on the learning, achievement, progression, and well-being of our students in Supported Learning, all of whom have Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND).

We are looking to recruit an individual with a focus on success who will be able to demonstrate a commitment to outstanding teaching and learning practices. The individual will be expected work with our students in developing their independence and preparing them for the next stages in their lives. In return, they can expect to thrive and progress in our college environment through a comprehensive package of professional development.
