Job description
The post holder will have the ability to drive an ambitious transformation programme, working in collaboration with the Strategic Development Lead and the Senior Programme Development Lead, key stakeholders across the Trust and external partners, to ensure that projects are delivered for patients, our local population and the NHS.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a range of transformation projects embedded within a strong improvement framework, with an emphasis on outcomes and supported by a robust governance structure.
The role will be responsible for:
- Developing and presenting a variety of metrics and reports
- Develop business cases and PIDs.
- Maintaining Programme Plans
- Tracking, manage and align interdependencies.
- Managing and monitoring progress projects
- Facilitate change using evidenced methodologies and approaches.
- Managing risks and issues
- Manage programme budgets.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication
- The successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a number of Transformation projects within your remit.
- Providing management, guidance and support to colleagues and junior members of the PMO.
