Windows & POS Executive JD Outdoor High St Stores
Key Responsibilities
- All store POS to ensure all of the High St stores product, promotion and brand messages are clearly presented in stores to customers.
I do this by..... (describe how these core accountabilities will be achieved)
- Support window & POS programme delivery through communication, delivery of POS, queries etc
- Creating POS schedules in line with key product and promotion launch dates, delivered on time
- Creating print specifications accurate to each job and reflective of store requirements
- Briefing the Design Studio on each job
- Signing off the product, prices and descriptions with relevant teams for accuracy
- Negotiating the lowest price on goods/services whilst maintaining the highest quality/standard of print
- Managing each POS job to an agreed budget
- Raising PO's and updating all costs to the budget tracker for budgeting purposes
- Responding to POS queries, acting as a point of contact for the POS team with queries from the support teams/field teams/POS email and providing feedback/suggesting solutions
- Maintaining stock levels on POS ordering platforms
- Assisting in preparing and sending samples for POS photo shoots
- Creating clear POS guidance and best practice packs for stores for excellent store compliance
- Maintaining the marketing calendars in relation to POS activity
- Supporting the development of POS schemes in line with store development, new store projects & VM team
- Visiting new stores/refurbishments/closure and delivering a launch pack of POS and signage specific to each store
- Strong knowledge of the store estate and working relationship with the Regional and Store managers
- Sharing POS themes with the Web team to ensure on and offline consistency
- Copywriting POS & creation of tickets where required
- Supporting across other marketing functions & the GO Outdoors fascia where required e.g. with POS, sample co-ordination, photo shoots, events etc
Previous Experience
- POS is delivered to stores on time, within budget and with minimal errors
- Strong sales driven by clear, commercially strong POS
- Customer database growth in line with targets

- Excellent PC skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised

- Copywriting experience (not essential)
- POS experience e.g. launching promotions and events
