Job description

Project Manager for big, global, tech clients!

Location:

Work wherever works best for you. We offer a fully remote/hybrid work model, meaning you have complete flexibility to work from home or in one of our co-working spaces in London and Leeds.

The Opportunity:

Join a fast-growing B2B tech agency with big ambitions and real momentum. Work with innovative and world-leading brands to deliver integrated campaigns that create amazing opportunities and drive growth across the globe.

We’re looking for an established Project manager who is driven by success and ready to take on a range of innovative projects for our global tech clients. There’s no ceiling – you’ll be afforded the space to ‘own’ your projects and your role – and given the support and backing to achieve success.

You:

  • You think bigger. You don’t let someone else’s imagination or fear hold you back.
  • You stay connected. It’s about relationships with colleagues and clients, always keeping your finger on the pulse.
  • You own it. You are the absolute boss of your own job, brief, account, project, idea, meeting – you name it, you own it.
  • You keep it real. You are up-front, open and honest.
  • A great communicator - engaging, articulate, passionate
  • You are the glue that helps keeps projects and people together – delivering seamless solutions in scope, on time and on budget.
  • You thrive on delivering outstanding results for your clients, prioritising and managing conflicts between cost, time and quality.
  • You think things through, consider the risks and map out the best approach. You’re a great communicator who loves to get stuck into the detail.
  • You are experienced across a range of project management methodologies, with the nous to decide what to employ and when to deliver the best results.
  • You bring solutions and positivity to everything that comes your way. You tackle challenges head-on and approach solutions by planning ahead.
  • Your track record speaks for itself. You can talk the talk and (more importantly), walk the walk.
  • You’re all over everything and fully trusted to get the job done.
  • You’re genuinely positive person to have around.

The Role:

  • As part of the Commercial and Operations team, you are responsible for planning, organising, managing and executing key client projects. Providing clear and consistent structure to ensure we meet the clients briefs quickly and efficiently.
  • Gather requirements, deliverables and timeframes from key stakeholders . Agree with Client Services the project priorities and create detailed project plans and milestones.
  • Create appropriate briefs as part of the delivery process, gathering key information from necessary internal stakeholders and liaising with Client Services for client information.
  • Liaise with Client Services to provide regular project updates, tracking and reporting on the financial status and time allowance against project scope.
  • Take the appropriate decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress the project.
  • Identify any risks and mitigate issues, reporting back to the client owner as required.
  • Aid the client services team in building project scope and costs where external suppliers are required.
  • Perform quality control on the project throughout the development to maintain the standards expected.
  • Utilise key project management tools including Asana (and others deemed suitable) to keep track of the projects and keep others informed.
  • Work with the Resource Manager and Head of Client Services to identify the right projects to sit with Project Management (PM) and capacity.
  • Act as an advocate of efficient processes and ways of working. Be an authoritative and trusted source of knowledge, advice, and best-practice.
  • Play a role in recommending the appropriate time allocation for projects and job phases, and support Client Services teams in defining cost estimates.
  • An ability to multitask with a huge capacity for getting things done is a must.
  • We are genuine, enthusiastic, and positive people and we will provide you with all the support you need to help you succeed.
  • You will be equally challenged and rewarded – this is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
