Job description
Project Managers are responsible for the planning, coordination, leading, management and financial control of Software Development project work.
As a Project Manager you will organise and motivate project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering agile projects that provide exceptional business value to the ESP Group and their customers.
As well as managing effective communication with ESP clients and internal stakeholders you will ensure that plans are executed effectively and documented throughout, and projects are delivered on time & in scope.
You will collaborate with various teams within the business to support all aspects of project delivery, taking responsibility for ensuring that projects remain in scope, comply with relevant legislative and Company quality standards and that where risks are identified they are mitigated effectively.
Requirements;
- Have demonstrable experience in a Project Management role or business discipline.
- Be knowledgeable and have experience in Agile approaches and techniques.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle principles and best practice.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into focused business needs.
- Proven experience of change and conflict management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels.
