We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our team at Ventro. This is an exciting opportunity within our accounts team.
As an Accounts Administrator you will:
- Assist with Supplier invoice processing.
- Processing credit card statements.
- Liaising with suppliers to sort any queries.
- Provide admin support for staff expenses processing.
- Netsuite maintenance such as checking bank details and addresses.
- Downloading reports for payment runs.
- Managing the department phone line.
- Ad hoc data entry.
The successful Accounts Admin will have:
- Organisation skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft packages and internal IT systems.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
