Job description
Due to incredible yearly growth, Embryo has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Client Services team.
As our client roster grows you will be the person helping us deliver exceptional, award-winning work for our wide range of B2B and B2C clients. You’ll do this by being someone who can organise multiple projects, ensuring all stakeholders, from the delivery team at Embryo to the clients themselves, are kept up to date about the latest developments.
Three years of experience in this field is desirable but not essential. As Project Manager at Embryo, you’ll enjoy a host of benefits. From day one, you’ll enjoy 50% off your gym membership and monthly Perkbox points, as well as much more, and, after a year of service, you’ll have the option to enrol in private Bupa health and dental care.
So if you’re someone who has experience in managing multiple website projects, with a keen eye for detail then we want to hear from you.
Apply now, we look forward to hearing from you.
- To be able to manage up to 10+ projects, from full website builds to landing pages.
- To create, manage and maintain project plans and timelines for all design and development projects.
- To own the creation of all project documentation, including briefs, technical specifications and handovers.
- To manage project schedules, keep the project team up to date and support them with their project tasks.
- Provide regular updates to clients via email, phone calls and in-person meetings.
- Create and build relationships with clients. As an agency, we pride ourselves on our level of customer service and the way we work with our clients. Building good relationships with your clients is a key part of your role. You’ll need to have a deep understanding of the client’s needs, business, brand, project goals and competitors.
- You will work closely with various teams across the business, including Sales, Client Services, Developers, Designers, SEO, etc.
- You will successfully communicate design and development feedback from clients with the rest of the project team.
- A key part of your day-to-day will be to support the Head of Creative with project scheduling and supporting other team members with ad-hoc tasks as required.
- You are expected to successfully liaise and communicate with freelancers when needed for design and development work on website projects and ensure that they are meeting the required needs for the completion of the project.
- Test staging websites and manage the feedback process for the developer.
- You are responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within the agreed margins.
- It is key that you ensure that projects remain in scope and the key objectives set out by the client are met.
- Ensure internal project tracking systems are kept up to date for reporting purposes.
