About the Role
Due to rapid expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, methodical and organised office administrator whose role would be to answer motorists appeals both online and through the post.
Experience in a previous administration role is preferred. You will be responsible for all motorist appeals, answering them within a set time period and keeping the appeals numbers below a set level on a daily basis. We will furnish you with all the tools to succeed, you just need to bring your passion and enthusiasm with a positive can do attitude to meet your targets.
The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be a highly effective and persuasive communicator, be a team player with a proven track record in a fast paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls form motorists
- Managing a database of motorists appeals
- Replying to motorists appeals both inline and via the post
- Ensuring appeal timescales are met and keeping appeals below a set level
- Working within an established administration team to assist in other areas of the business if required.

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £12.50 per hour
