Shifts: 40 hours a week. Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm

Role Purpose
The Application Front End Developer will be a crucial part of our agile development team, responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the user interfaces of our applications, using modern web development technologies. You will collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver an intuitive and user-friendly product.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, reusable, and reliable front-end code for our web applications.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement design into the application features.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Work closely with the backend development team to integrate APIs and data services.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise and provide appropriate solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and advocate for their inclusion when beneficial to the product.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and distribute knowledge.
Assist in the creation of software documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience in front-end development.
Strong proficiency in modern front-end web technologies, including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, such as React or Angular.
Knowledge of tools and best practices related to front-end development, like package managers, module bundlers, and version control systems (Git).
Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha, Jest.
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with GraphQL or RESTful API integration is a plus.
