Job Introduction Do you want to help shape the support adults receive in East Sussex? If you do, you may be suited to a Project Manager role. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, capable project manager within the Housing Support Solutions Strategic Commissioning team in East Sussex. Working with District and Borough Councils, the Integrated Care Board, voluntary and independent sector partners, you will deliver a range of projects and innovative solutions to improve the lives of adults with social care needs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the successful delivery of projects and the ability to lead on the development of good practice models across multiple care, support and accommodation-based settings. The areas of work you could be working on include: Telecare and Assistive Technology Accommodation and Bedded Care Services, including Residential Care and Nursing Homes, Extra Care, Supported Living, Supported Accommodation Direct Payment Support Services Housing related Floating Support Services Carers Services, including CRESS Day Opportunities Community Meals Hospital Discharge Support Services Sensory Equipment and Support Services Independent and Care Act Advocacy Applicants are invited to submit their CV and a cover letter responding to the person specification, explaining how they meet all the essential (and desirable) criteria in their application within the recruitment system.
