As an IT Project Manager (Contract) you will oversee the successful execution of various IT projects within our organization. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the implementation of technology projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our stakeholders. This role requires excellent project management skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, including network infrastructure upgrades, system implementations, and software deployments.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for timely and within-budget completion.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and timely issue resolution.
- Conduct post-project evaluations, document lessons learned, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT project management, and incorporate them into project planning and execution

- Experience managing network projects such as upgrades, migrations, and optimizations.
- Service Delivery: Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and practices. Experience in delivering high-quality IT services to internal and external customers.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar software to plan, track, and report on project progress and deliverables.
