The Global Financial Crime Risk and Compliance (FCR-C) Portfolio and Findings Management team supports the Bank to meet its transformation and remediation requirements with regards to FCR-C programme. The team works with the individual Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), Business, Strategic Remediation and Regional teams, providing programme management oversight to ensure governance, transparency and accountability over strategic deliverables within the Financial Crime and Compliance portfolio and ensuring oversight and delivery across the change portfolio, as well as supporting AFC in the Enterprise Process Model.

Your key responsibilities
- Ensuring change activities related to the Financial Crime Risk and Compliance Change portfolio adhere to the Bank standards
- Working with the relevant Programme Managers across the Financial Crime Risk and Compliance Change delivery portfolio to help form an end-to-end approach to the ensure programme acceptance of ownership and accountability, delivery of key milestones as well as monitoring and timely closure of regulatory findings & commitments assigned across the Financial Crime Risk and Compliance Change portfolio
- Delivering summary reporting across the Financial Crime Risk and Compliance Change portfolio to bring together an overview of respective regulatory commitments and progress made to resolve Deutsche Bank commitments – highlighting the key issues programme-by-programme and working in partnership with other relevant programmes
- Responding and providing timely and highly accurate responses to Deutsche Bank Management Board, external regulatory and both external, internal audit requests on the status of the FCR-C Execution Strategy and Change portfolio
- Coordinating maintenance, updates and recertification of AFC processes within the Bank’s Enterprise Process Model and provide support in enhancing the business architecture process within AFC in conjunction with the bank-wide business architecture principles
Your skills and experience
- Excellent stakeholder management. Experience in dealing with demanding stakeholders or managing difficult situations, and a good team player, able to independently build their own network
- Understanding of project management tools & methodology, for example Clarity and JIRA systems with Agile knowledge being highly beneficial
- Able to facilitate and lead workshops and working groups
- Knowledge of process mapping and business architecture beneficial
