Our company is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be expected to engage and interact with motor dealerships and other third party suppliers through a range of inbound/outbound channels, whilst providing an efficient administrative day to day service. A professional manner is required and high levels of attention to detail, ensuring positive outcomes for all parties.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and manage inbound calls to efficiently handle a wide range of dealer services and collection queries/issues to build dealer trust, ensuring call waiting times and other service targets are delivered.
  • Interact with 3rd party suppliers (partners, other finance houses and stock suppliers/auction houses) to maintain effective relationships that facilitate effective resolution of motor dealership queries where appropriate.
  • Ensure any queries/issues that can’t be resolved are escalated to the relevant parties in a timely manner and all parties are kept fully informed until issue is suitably resolved.
  • Build and maintain solid working relationships across the business, specifically across business development, operations, credit and the asset security tream to ensure effective resolution of dealer queries and in-life management.
  • Complete regular reviews of client activity (Probation, Renewal and Ad-hoc) collating the relevant documentation and information for review with the Asset Security and Credit Teams.
  • Develop own knowledge of relevant LE Capital products, regulatory practices and procedures, service standards, processing and systems relating to dealer finance.
  • Carrying out any other administrative duties as the business requires by team leaders or other management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
