Working within Project Management & Consultancy you will become an integral part of a highly successful and rapidly expanding department of 70 (160 in Europe, 2500 worldwide) that provides clients with a one stop shop for Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Building Surveyor.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in London.

Job Description

We provide market leading services to a huge variety of Clients, in all sectors and throughout the UK. We have delivered some of the most iconic fit out projects in the region, as well as developing new schemes for our Investor Clients We offer a fully integrated design one stop shop for fit-out work.

In addition to this our Building Surveying team manage over 1,000 instructions per annum, including some of the largest dilapidations instructions in the market.

As part of this team your role will be;

  • To support in the implementation of the business plan through managing and developing client relationships, contributing to business development assignments, managing client assignments, representing the office/ team in the market.

  • To fulfil revenue and profit targets.

  • To provide project management/job running skills in delivery of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.

Qualifications (preferred):

  • Degree level qualification

  • MRICS or equivalent relevant professional qualification to the fit out project management role


Knowledge & Experience:

  • Strong background in commercial fit out and refurbishment project management for occupiers and investor clients

  • Demonstrable track record in managing fast track occupier fit outs for commercial offices

  • Knowledge of contract administration in all commonly used standard forms of building contract

  • Proven track record across a variety of sectors

  • Experience of leading projects to deliver seamless client servic

  • Demonstrable ability to take responsibility of sizeable and complex client instructions

  • Business development and client relationship management. Demonstrable understanding of client needs

  • Experience in networking and building relationships internally and externally

  • Experience selling successfully to clients

  • Experience in lead client contact positions, conducting pitches and presentations

  • Demonstrable technical competence in areas relevant to role
