Are you an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager looking for a new challenge? Do you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, an independent and highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy firm based in Leeds.
Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, setting clear project objectives, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
- Identify new opportunities for the consultancy firm, contributing to the growth and expansion of the business.
- Apply industry best practices to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Employ risk management strategies to foresee potential obstacles and ensure effective measures are in place to overcome them.
- Provide regular project status reports to senior management and clients, communicating progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Requirements of the Senior Project Manager:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, successfully delivering multi-disciplinary projects.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Degree qualification in a relevant field.
- Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or similar would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management software/tools is desired.
