Customer Service Advisor - Haydock, £23,000
To support an expanding operation we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work in Customer Services as part of a small team in the sales office.
The role would involve taking phone calls and processing of orders, arranging shipping and liaising with the warehouse to ensure the customer’s needs are met. The ideal candidate would preferably have experience either in technical insulation or e-commerce businesses. A positive attitude and willingness to work within a team structure will be essential. Required skills will include use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel and experience of the Netsuite software package would be desirable but not essential as on the job training would be provided.
