What we are looking for:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing New Product Development, and commercialization projects within the overall company portfolio. You will be involved in virtually every aspect of our cross-functional team of Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Purchasing. It is a key position to ensure speed and innovation keep the team focused, energized, and on-track to meet the objectives of our expanding portfolio of products.
Key responsibilities:
- Centralized contact between Marketing, Product development, Sales and Purchasing.
- Driving the delivery of multiple related projects in line with the business’ aggressive growth plans.
- Working closely with multiple key stakeholders in the business to plan and generate implementation plans.
- Full autonomy of the project lifecycle and strategy building.
- Develop overall project timelines and key milestones; ensure teams meet critical business and/or customer dates.
- Facilitate decision-making and drive project progress to launch.
- Ensure project risks are managed, and communicate risks and implications to key stakeholders as appropriate.
- Analyse feasibility and cost of new product development to lead the key stakeholders on decisions.
- Ensure process and tools are understood and applied by cross-functional teams.
- Maintain project data which supports the progression of the projects.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven experience in helping project development move from concept to delivery within fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Being highly organised and ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight timeframes and deadlines.
- Proactive approach and work ethic appropriate for a fast-paced, team-oriented, growth company.
- Driving licence and access to own transport.
