Salary: Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package)
Bonus: Personal and Company Performance
Holiday: 25 Days, Plus Bank Holidays (Increasing with Service),

Hours: Full time (36.5 hpw)
Travel/Expenses: No / A car is required for travel to client sites - expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to your Assigned Office)

The role of Senior Project Manager
We are looking to welcome an experienced Commerce Project Manager, who thrives in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. As a key player in Columbus, you will ensure that projects are managed with efficiency and aligned with our standards and expectations of both our company and customers.
In this role, you will encounter a diverse range of businesses, industries and challenges, guaranteeing that no two projects are the same. A typical week will involve undertaking the following duties:
- Showcase your exceptional project management skills by providing timely project reports and updates, in line with our communication strategy, fostering open and transparent communication with all stakeholders.
- As an advocate of togetherness, create a collaborative project team culture that thrives on cooperation, mutual respect, and a shared vision.
- Empower others and lead by example as you build and nurture both internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, including senior team members, to establish a strong network of support.
- As a conflict resolution champion, skilfully handle and resolve any challenges or escalations that arise, maintaining a harmonious environment for all.
- Share your valuable functional and business process knowledge with the project team, providing guidance and support as needed, nurturing an atmosphere of growth and learning.
Travel and Hybrid Working
We have an environment that gives you the flexibility to achieve an effective work-life balance. To maintain our collaborative approach, all team meetings take place face-to-face in our offices wherever possible.
We continue to offer our customers onsite consultancy time if requested, so flexibility around UK travel and overnight stays is expected dependent on the project requirements. Onsite time is planned ahead of time, within 2-week blocks so you know well in advance where you will be working.
We ask that those in customer-facing roles aim to come into the office at least once a month, these visits are usually coordinated within each team – but you can work from a Columbus office regularly if you prefer, whichever suits you.

- Experience in delivering and leading Digital Commerce projects
- Knowledge of a variety of Commerce Platforms
- Full drivers licence and access to vehicle
- Curious, looking to challenge the status quo and improve
- Collaborates well with both internal and external colleagues
