Job description

• Maintain first class relationships with clients to obtain the information required for all their signage and marketing suite needs
• Effectively manage client projects from end to end, to time, to spec and to budget
• Create client quotations.
• Brief Production, Studio and Installation teams effectively to manage projects
• Liaise tightly with Installations to ensure that all jobs are scheduled and prioritised appropriately to the client and our own internal needs; keep clients updated
• Liaise with design agencies, clients, sub-contractors and installers to get the job done
• Ensure we maximise client work by suggesting additional, complementary signage for their developments and constantly asking for additional opportunities and new projects
• Carry out follow up calls on a monthly basis to clients and agencies to chase up outstanding quotations. Update the CSD and Management Team
• Review client sales and margin on a monthly basis & report to CSD and Management Team
• Work under own steam but also as a team, helping across departments in the absence of other members of staff or where required
• Put jobs through the system as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure that Studio/H&S/Print Room/Workshop have a reasonable amount of time to get work produced
• Prioritise your own workload and client requests
• Carry out site surveys and site visits as necessary
• Comply fully with Health & Safety directives, both clients’ and City & County’s
• Maintain confidentiality and protect both our own & the client’s Intellectual Property (IP)
• Maintain a high quality of work and customer service at all times.

Skills and Experience

• Superb project management skills; able to prioritise, multi-task, stay calm under pressure and delegate effectively
• Equally good communication skills, written and verbal
• Commercially-focused; sales and customer-service driven
• Numerate and computer literate
• Previous account management/project management experience is essential
• Previous account management/project management in the signage industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
