Job Summary
This role will support the regional retail managers, product specialists and dealer salesmen in establishing a market-oriented and continuous product argumentation across all channels. Responsible for the management of a regional demonstration fleet and creation and delivery of product training, market-specific adaptation of provided training concepts from marketing (MCT) and their regional implementation and planning. Support in the implementation of events such as new product launches, local trade fairs and field days.
Key Responsibilities:
Market-specific adaptation of provided training concepts from marketing (MCT) and their regional implementation.- Planning and support in the implementation of events including, new product launches, local trade fairs and field days.
- Support the retail managers, dealer salesmen and dealer demonstrator staff by delivering product presentations, features and benefits and conducting practical demonstrations.
- Introduce new products to the dealers and customers using all available media
- Train owners, drivers and dealer staff in operation of the products and make sure best practice and performance is achieved.
- Manage the process of ordering, distribution, demonstration and disposal of demonstration machines.
- Conduct and support demonstrations at the customer’s farm, dealer and national events.
- Manage the costs of the demonstration program.
- Communicate product information and ongoing product improvements to the sales teams
- Plan and execute product training
- Assist technical training departments as required
- Collect and collate post demonstration data to use as sales arguments and for feedback to factory colleagues.
- Compile and provide training on competitor machines vs. own brand.
- Represent the Sales team at shows and events
- Technical and personal support for VIP visitors (groups) as part of factory visits
- Assist with Homologation and regulation compliance.
Experience:
Farming/Agricultural background- Associates/Technical qualification or equivalent
- Knowledge and operating experience of tractors/combine harvesters/crop spraying equipment
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy skills
