Oasis Community Housing provide support to those who have been rough sleeping and are homeless. The project provides an accommodation offer to those furthest from safe and appropriate housing in a service designed specifically for individuals with multiple and complex needs. We pride ourselves on having a solution focused approach with regards to supporting those we serve. We aim to support everyone in moving towards the future that they want and to learn what can be done differently by using their existing skills, strategies and ideas.
The support worker role is a great opportunity for someone who really wants to make a difference in our mission to end homelessness. We are looking for someone who has a heart for the people we serve, we are looking for the type of person who wouldn’t just walk past a homeless person in the street and not want to reach out and do something.
Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory references, meeting essential criteria and Enhanced DBS (dependent on role).
