Customer Service Advisor - Tech Support
Monday to Friday
Trafford Park
Hybrid working 2 days per week after training
Role:
- Building relationships with clients
- Working via phone, email and Live chat
- Clearly communicate with customers
- Handle and resolve end to end customer queries
- Always aim for a first time fix
- Actively managing back office systems
- Keep clients up to date with timelines
- Find/Resolve faults
