Job title: Accounts Assistant
Contract: 36.25 hours, Onsite- Keighley Based
Minimum Education Level: GCSEs
Salary: £23k (negotiable dependent on experience)

About us: Aerovac Composites One are a leading global manufacturer and supplier of process materials to the composites material manufacturing industry. Operating from facilities globally, Aerovac develops, manufactures and supplies vacuum bagging and process materials for customers within Aerospace, Renewable Energy, Marine and Automotive market segments.
Exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to support the Global Finance team across Europe and USA, this role will be varied and will support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general accounting duties.
Responsibilities will include:
· Credit control
· Cash book maintenance
· Maintaining the company purchase, sales and general ledgers including posting of sales invoices
· Bank reconciliation
· Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
· Supporting other reconciliations where needed (suppliers, accounts etc)
· Investigating and resolving issues
· Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers where needed
· Other general administration tasks and all adhoc requests as required
Required Skills:
· Proficient user of Microsoft Office application tools (especially Excel and Sharepoint) with SAP and Sage also an advantage
· Candidates must have good Accounts Assistant experience.
· Candidates must be highly motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision
· You must be tenacious, with a good eye for detail and a willingness to see things through
· Good communication skills are essential
