We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Gas Engineering Team based in either Norwell, MA or Albany, NY.
YOUR IMPACT:
CHA delivers safe, cost-efficient, and reliable designs of transmission pipelines, custody transfer stations, distribution mains, regulator stations, and customer connections. Our services span from concept to customer service connection.

At CHA, the Project Manager works diligently to complete projects within the scope, budget, and schedule. This key role is responsible for managing the overall client relationship including any technical, financial, or logistical issues that may arise.

The Project Manager coordinates contracts with the clients and subcontractors, manages purchase orders, and oversees all other project related documents. Specific duties of this role will also include handling Master Service Agreements with utilities clients and submitting competitive proposals for natural gas distribution projects. The Project Manager is also responsible for all project financials and subcontractor payments, and will communicate updates to the client, management, and project team.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering, or a related degree is required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • PE or equivalent professional license preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of engineering experience required; a minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience required
  • Proven ability to manage scope, budget, and schedule of technical tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred
  • Occasional travel may be required
