A rare opportunity has become available for a 1 year fixed term Marketing Graduate to join our Healthcare team.
As a Beiersdorf Marketing Graduate, you will collaborate closely with our brand marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns & activations. Your creative and analytical contribution will help to develop, maintain and expand the brand’s growth in challenging environments. You will gain training & experience working within an exciting fast-moving consumer goods business with our trusted & household brands.
Your Tasks
- Market data analysis through platforms such as Nielsen & Kantar
- Brand performance analysis
- Competitor performance and communication tracking
- Brand planning coordination
- NPD/RL launch support (analysing market, competitor and consumer data, localisation of artworks, website/social content creation)
- Website & product page maintenance across owned and retailer channels
- Collaborate with the digital team on brand’s owned channel content (website & organic social channels)
- Manage assets through media center
- Support with initiatives and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (including influencer marketing, social/digital, PR, POS and more!)
- Support with external partnership planning and CSR initiatives
- Support with design of creative assets and liaise with external agencies
- Sample ordering
- Attending key meetings and compiling follow up actions
Your Profile
- Recently completed a related degree preferably in marketing
- Proficient with MS Office
- Can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn
- Adaptable, flexible, and highly organised
- Analytical with an attention to detail
- Passion for brand marketing and its best practices
- A solid understanding of different marketing channels and activation techniques
- Great communication skills and relationship building at all levels
- Confident presentation skills
