Job Title: Project Manager
CEDA Healthcare (Private GP Clinic) are increasing locations for clinics. Our Project Manager role will involve assisting in finding locations, liaising with local Councils, builders & estate agents, selecting staff, purchasing equipment through to launching new clinics.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly
- Conduct project evaluations and assessments to ensure quality standards are met
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Excellent problem solving and ability to priortise essential
- Team worker with empathy to manage change and an excellent communicator
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred, but not essential)

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
