We currently have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Project Manager to join our Brand Redevelopment Programme. You will join us working 35 Hours per week, on a fixed term contract basis until 31st December 2023. The role will be based remotely with occasional travel to the National Cat Centre in Chelwood Gate, East Sussex and elsewhere in the UK. In return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £44,504.63 per annum plus excellent benefits.
Cats Protection is the UK’s leading feline welfare charity with a nationwide network of adoption and homing centres, volunteer-run branches and charity shops. During 2021 we helped 137,000 cats and kittens. That's the equivalent of around 375 cats a day!
It’s a very exciting time to join Cats Protection and the Brand Programme as we move into the implementation phase and scope out multiple workstreams as the brand touches all aspects across the organisation.
Responsibilities of our Project Manager:
As Project Manager you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the Brand implementation workstreams from concept through to implementation and evaluation. The role will require the planning, management and delivery of projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within agreed scope and budget.
What we’re looking for in our Project Manager:
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Experience in project planning and resourcing
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working
- An influential and persuasive communicator with the ability to communicate with people at all levels within the organisation
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Proven ability to work on own initiative, accurately and under pressure
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
