Location: UK homebased, occasional travel required

Our Medical Devices (or Regulatory Services RS) team ensures patient safety while supporting timely market access for our clients' medical device products globally. BSI has successfully achieved designation as a Notified Body in The Netherlands and United Kingdom and is an accredited ISO 13485 Certification Body recognised in many global markets.
Due to the growth of the Systems Innovation team, we are looking for a Project Manager who is responsible for the timely delivery, implementation, management, coordination, and support of Regulatory Services projects.
As Project Manager, you will:
- Manage and support RS business projects; support implementation and training for all assigned RS projects.
- Manage the technical design process, creation of functional specifications and test scenarios to ensure that business requirements are accurately reflected
- Track progress against project plans, raising any issues with the appropriate management and all risks identified are proactively dealt with
- Write and maintain project documentation, process maps, and work instructions
- Regularly communicate project status, managing stakeholder concerns and expectations
- Drive and support any implementation or improvements of system tools and business processes
- Drive and support the delivery of new services and products to maintain medical device regulatory compliance
To be a successful Project Manager, you will need to demonstrate:
- Education to bachelor’s degree level. Prince 2/ Agile or other recognised project management qualification
- Experience leading projects and producing project documentation
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite, in particular intermediate Excel, Project and Visio use
- Team player with good communication, organisation and analytical skills
