Your Call Handler duties will include:
- Receive and process requests for patient transport journeys
- Input requests for transport
- Record and update statistics relating to patient journey times
- Receive and deal with enquiries from both patient commissioners and HCPs
- Make outbound calls to Commissioners and HCPs
- Update computer system
- Actively communicate with others to assist service delivery
- Keep track on call statistics and reporting
Your Receptionist duties will include:
- Receptionist duties
- Operating hotel computer booking system
- Dealing with checking in and checking out of guests
- Taking bookings
- Cash handling and reconciliation
- Ensuring hotel security
- Dealing with enquiries
- Ensure hotel cleanliness
- Dealing with and resolving issues
- Liaison with the maintenance team
- Supporting hotel management
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
