About the role:
Are you a project manager looking to further your career? Do you have excellent communication skills, an attention to detail and an innovative mindset? What you’ll be doing:
As part of the professional services department you will be responsible for delivering projectsto automotive OEM’s which typically involves software development, digital content creation and engineering services delivery.
Typical tasks include:
- Working closely with the customer and technical experts to understand requirements
- Creating bid documentation
- Managing project timelines and deliverables
- Running regular meetings to ensure alignment with customer and delivery teams
- Resource planning
- Controlling financials
- Communicating status to management teams and customers
- Proactively contribute to improvement initiatives
Essential skills and experience:
- Qualification in project management related discipline, or relevant experience
- Familiar with agile and traditional project management methods
- Customer focused mindset and ability to create win-win scenarios
- Attention to detail
- Leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Awareness of software development processes
- Awareness of automotive technology
- Ability to learn quickly
Desirable skills and experience:
- Experience of working on automotive software projects
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics

Travel requirements:
Some travel will be required depending on project needs. The successful candidate may be required to travel in the UK and internationally, for both customer projects and internal activities with Bosch colleagues.
