Class 1 Driver
Vanta Staffing Slough is recruiting a Class 1 Driver to work for our client in the Slough area. This will involve trunking work, a perfect role for drivers who want consistent work with a prestigious company.
Role of a Class 1 Driver
- Minimum 18 months HGV driving (Cat C+E) recent experience.
- Be able to complete two runs
- Have a valid CPC and digi tacho
- No more than 6 points (No DR or IN)
- Must have the correct PPE – HI Vis and Safety Boots
Class 1 Driver Details:
- Salary: £19ph – Days / £21ph – Nights
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (05.00 starts) / Nights (17.00 start)
- Location: Slough
- Duration: Ongoing work
Role of a Class 1 Driver
- Complete two trunking runs a shift; trailer swapping will be involved
- Complete vehicle checks
- Being flexible and able to complete runs safely
