Class 1 Driver

Vanta Staffing Slough is recruiting a Class 1 Driver to work for our client in the Slough area. This will involve trunking work, a perfect role for drivers who want consistent work with a prestigious company.

Role of a Class 1 Driver

• Minimum 18 months HGV driving (Cat C+E) recent experience.
• Be able to complete two runs
• Have a valid CPC and digi tacho
• No more than 6 points (No DR or IN)
• Must have the correct PPE – HI Vis and Safety Boots

Class 1 Driver Details:

• Salary: £19ph – Days / £21ph – Nights
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (05.00 starts) / Nights (17.00 start)
• Location: Slough
• Duration: Ongoing work

Role of a Class 1 Driver

• Complete two trunking runs a shift; trailer swapping will be involved
• Complete vehicle checks
• Being flexible and able to complete runs safely
