The Mobilisation and Engagement (M&E) Team represent the Community Utilities brand throughout the lifecycle of our relationship with each site from acquisition into business as usual. The Onboarding Manager plays a key role in ensuring that all new sites are mobilised successfully. The Team is also responsible for trouble shooting and support for existing sites where there are issues or opportunities for improvement. Where sites are offboarding from our services the team project manage this activity ensuring that the residents transition across to their new provider seamlessly.
What will you be doing?
- Working with the Head of Mobilisation to develop and document plans for onboarding each site agreeing these with internal delivery teams and external contacts (client, managing agents, subcontractors) as appropriate.
- Project manage delivery, with transparent communication and reporting including risks, delays and changes in expected timings.
- Facilitate and support the regular internal and external update meetings to review progress and agree actions to resolve any barriers / risks.
- Identify solutions to issues by applying problem-solving techniques.
- Obtain information from clients and their contractors as necessary to complete onboarding and updating relevant systems e.g. meter schedules, resident information.
- Develop and continuously evolve tools and templates for planning, tracking and reporting progress clearly and concisely. Link these with key systems, in particular Salesforce, where appropriate.
- Support Head of in the development of improvement plans for sites with issues suggesting solutions and working with subject matter experts in the business to develop solutions.
- Coordinating and leading regular site visits with relevant representatives from the business including hosting resident drop-in sessions.
- Planning and leading site visits targeted at resident debt reduction working with Finance.
- Support Head of in the development of offboarding plans working closely with site and internal stakeholders to ensure final billing and payment reconciliation is completed in a timely manner.
What does good look like?
Essential
- Project Management Qualification
- Extensive experience in client on-boarding or project management of business change projects
- Solid project management experience and working knowledge of relevant techniques
- Strong client management skills
- Exceptional administration and personal organisation skills
- Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable
- Experience of using Salesforce would be an advantage
- Experience of working with Property clients
- Experience of the utilities industry
