Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Data Entry Admin Assistant to start with us immediately.
A friendly but organised "can do" attitude is needed in order to keep our team and customers satisfied.
You will need to first and foremost have at least 1 years experience in a similar role,
We would like you to be motivated and a good communicator who is happy to work as part of a fun and friendly team.
Our customer base is predominantly BT customers already that we have long standing relationships with so on-going support of these customers is key to ensure they stay with BT for their future needs.
What you will be doing!
- Issuing orders onto our systems for fulfilment by BT
- liaising with customers to help resolve their service, billing or order issues.
- General administration duties
- Checking contracts with a detail focus
- Working closely with our sales team
What you can expect:
The Role is extremely varied as every order, service, billing or fault issue is unique – no two days are ever the same! We promise you won't be bored.
A busy office of approximately 40 who believe in strong team work and excellent customer service but also having a bit of fun along the way!
