Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager (Chartered or Post-graduate)
The Opportunity
We have an immediate vacancy for a QS/PM Role (Quantity Surveyor /Project Manager)

Typical Responsibilities Include:
- Preparation of regular reports to clients on all aspects of the project including progress, programme, costs, risks and quality management
- Prepare monthly valuation reports as necessary
- Client liaising and chairing meetings throughout the project life cycle
- Interview and select contractors for tendering or negotiation, evaluate tenders received and contractor appointment
- Value and authorise payments to contractors
- Monitor the contract progress, assess and report any changes that may affect project costs or time scale
- Re-evaluate changes within project scope and update records accordingly
- Assist in the control of individual contract budgets
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Management
- Relevant qualifications or work experience
- Strong IT skills and proficient with learning new systems and the use of MS Office
- Presentable and client facing with a positive, professional attitude
- Methodical, organised and detail orientated
- Ability to work accurately and keep to strict deadlines
- Must be flexible in hours of work, travel and hold a Full UK Driving Licence
- A high degree of self-motivation and time management
- Team player with the ability to work on own initiative
- The role is based in Stoke on Trent
