Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and well-presented Receptionist, with previous experience in a similar role. You will ensure exceptional service to visitors and clients, mirroring the same standards of service for all internal requests.
You have the ability to listen carefully and take instructions, and communicate confidently while you work to an organised plan following procedures and displaying good practice at all times. And you’ll be sure to liaise with customers to ensure their needs have been met. Knowledge of an excel and outlook is essential for this role.
Duties include:
- Greeting guests and providing a first-class welcome
- Manning the main switchboard and re-directing calls
- Booking rooms
- Issuing visitor passes
- Various Front of House based admin tasks
