BAU Project Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Type: Full time (35 hours per week), 12 Month Fixed Term
Location: The Point, Paddington
About the role
We’re searching for a Project Manager to join our friendly and hard-working team at A2Dominion.
Key responsibilities:
· Develop the business case for projects with the Project Sponsor to the agreed standard assessing the high level requirements, likely benefits, risks and issues.
· Determine the project Governance and frequency of meetings and reporting with the Project
Sponsor.
· Finalise the project scope and plan with the Sponsor to meet business requirements.
· Identify and manage project stakeholders.
· Assemble and manage the project team to undertake the project, planning and co-ordinating both internal and external resources using the appropriate tools.
· Plan, coordinate and manage budgets.
· Support the Programme Manager in providing project updates to the BAU Management Team
· Where necessary develop and manage the testing plan with the support of the Testing Manager.
· Undertake all work in line with A2D’s standardised approach to project management and in line with A2D design principles.

For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following:
· Proven experience of delivering large projects in corporate
environments that include people, process and technology changes
· Experience of working in matrix teams
· Experience of industry standard project methodologies and
frameworks
· Experience of managing internal and external resources
· Experience of managing budgets in excess of £100k
