Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager Apprentice- Trade & DFI to join our team. This position is well-suited to a person who is looking to embark on a structured learning journey focused on developing skills and knowledge to become successful in the field of project management.
This position is based in the Strategy department and answers to the Product Executive – Karndean UK Trade & DFI . As a Project Manager Apprentice you will gain hands-on experience and guidance whilst working alongside experienced professionals, contributing to projects, whilst also achieving an apprenticeship qualification.
Responsibilities:
· Assist Product Executive in planning, executing, and monitoring product development for both UK trade and European channel
· Liaise with departments to help execute product launch events.
· Ensure tasks are on track and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
· Participate in stakeholder meetings, gather requirements, and assist in translating business needs into project objectives and tasks.
· Gain exposure to identifying and supporting in potential project risks, risk assessment, and develop successful project strategies.
· Appropriately manage project documentation including meeting minutes, plans, project related communications and reports.
Requirements:
· A good understanding of technology such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word. (An understanding of Monday.com is a bonus)
· Effective verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong planning skills and ability to prioritise work.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail..
· Follow professional standards, ethics, and confidentiality.
· Reliable, punctual, and committed to personal and professional development.
Qualifications/Certificates:
· Educational background: High school/college diploma or equivalent.
