We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager to learn graduate from a range of degree disciplines to join the graduate programme in our Programme Services Team. The scheme aims to provide the successful applicant with a strong programme management grounding and an introduction to project and programme management practices within a large manufacturing setting.

The role will be based at our Head Office campus in the heart of Somerset, Chard, and you will undertake a tailored 2-year programme.

Your time will be spent gaining experiences of all facets of project management, covering New Product Development, IT, and Strategic Business projects. You will work with Project Managers and a Project Support Officer covering a range of responsibilities. The role will be exciting, fast moving, and varied as you work as part of a team to deliver projects successfully against scope, budget, and timeline. The graduate will also gain personal development for both soft and hard skills through attending internal and external training programmes.

You will be working towards a CMI (Chartered Management Institute) qualification.

In addition to first class training, we will also provide you with exposure to our senior leaders across the business, providing you with an opportunity to showcase your talents. Our graduates are seen as prospective future leaders.

The placement will be centred around the department and cross functional work with Product Management, R&D, IT&DS, Finance, and Operations, giving the successful applicant interaction with many different areas and processes within the business whilst working on different projects.

The experience and knowledge will lead a successful candidate to focus on a career with Numatic for the foreseeable future.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £27,187.00 per year
