Job Title: Customer Service Agent - Italian

Clients: Hertz 24/7

Salary: £22,360 pa – 40 paid hours per week.

Location: Comdata Group UK, Ringwood

Working Location: Comdata Group UK, Pullmay Way, Ringwood, Hampshire - Hybrid

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Sunday from 07:00 – 22:00


Main Purpose of Role

Comdata Group UK is pleased to offer this opportunity working on behalf of a Hertz 24/7 to provide exceptional customer service across multi channels to the UK and Italian customers.

As a Customer Service Agent, you are in the best position to support our customers to achieve the best from our products, providing support information and assistance across a number of different communication channels.

Our Customer Service Agent are true ambassadors for Hertz 24/7, with a passion for what they do. You will be a key member in supporting customers to achieve the best of our product.


Skills Requirements

  • Breathe great Customer Service and understand how important it is to put the Customer at the heart of our business and interactions.
  • Being an excellent communicator is essential, whether it is amending details or fixing a problem you will ensure are Customers are kept informed and help navigate them on their journey with us.
  • Be an ambassador for Hertz 24/7 and represent the brand to the highest standard.
  • Have a passion for helping others and an ability to persuade and communicate with people on different levels.
  • A logical approach to resolving issues.
  • Significant experience of working with Customers, either face to face or remotely / phone.
  • Proficient in computer technology and systems
  • Excellent grammar and spelling
  • Able to positively influence others
  • Great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Fluent Italian

Operational Days and Hours

With given notice, Comdata reserves the right to change your working hours.

Comdata operational hours are 8am – 8pm Monday to Sunday, this role will be on a rota bases covering 40 hours per week.


Systems & Training

Full training will be given by Comdata and will include supporting on-going training requirements for the duration of the project. You will also receive a full company induction that will include many areas such as Data Protection Act and all other systems and soft skills training.


Opportunity for Growth

The suitable candidate will be welcomed into the team where they will work alongside established, skilled consultants to help ‘raise the bar’ in terms of customer experience.

Across the campaign the team will have SMART objectives. These will be communicated by the Customer Experience Director (on behalf of the client).
