Responsibilities
:

In this roll Project Implementation Manager and Customer Success Manager you will supports our customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of the Ibex products. Starting with managing customer deployments and once the solution is in routine use by the customer, manage customer relationships and support customers in optimally using the Ibex product.

You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an efficient and successful project execution and driving customer satisfaction. Therefore, per this role you shall have exceptional communication skills, be analytical, are highly motivated and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial customer facing healthcare environment.


As Project Implementation Manager and Customer Success Manager at Ibex, you will:

  • Managing and coordinating customer deployment projects
  • Managing and overseeing project management activities such as scope management, project reporting, project planning, issue/risk management, customer management
  • Managing project dashboards and related project progress documentation
  • Perform technical tasks and system management of the Cloud based solution as needed
  • Provide pre-sales support to the commercial team
  • Provide post-live customer usage & management support
  • Drive Customer Success and AI adoption


Job requirements:

  • Bachelors or master’s degree
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience as Customer Success, Project Implementation Manager or similar Customer Facing position, preferably in a fast-growing Healthcare IT industry organization
  • Experience with Digital Pathology workflow and related integration aspects
  • Experience with managing customer project deployments - a must
  • Self-managed individual with effective communication skills
  • Technical execution and analytical skills
  • A driven team player, with an ‘hands on’ approach
  • Excellent English communication skills – In writing and verbal
  • Travel estimated at 25%
