Job Title: Project Engineer (Product Owner)

Salary: £50,840 dependent on skills and experiences
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading cross-functional delivery and approval management reviews
- Ownership and management of gateway deliverables
- Liaising with cross-domain stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical needs
- Maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders
- Co-ordinating the engineering activities of Sub-contractors (where/if applicable to project)
- Interacting with the Project Manager and Engineering Manager to deliver the product to schedule and budget
- Management of Project’s Technical Queries, Risks, Assumptions, Dependencies and Opportunities
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experience in relevant engineering fields (Mechanical/Electrical/Systems)
- Good stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Experience with standards (marine, defence, aerospace, or any highly regulated industry)
Desirable:
- Experience in multiple phases of the engineering lifecycle
- Experience in managing requirements compliance

The Engineering Project Group team:
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the technical solution for a specific product type within the EPH-EH frameworks. You will assess, engage with our engineers, and verify all aspects of the product to the necessary requirements this will be through a combination of your own experience and supporting functions. You will take lead in managing and attending (where required) all technical, sub-contract and qualification activities for the product.
