Minimum Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in construction-related field of engineering or comparable work experience
- Ability to read and understand project owner specifications and engineered drawings
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for excellence
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Solid organization/time management skills
- Must have computer experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Vista Viewpoint and HCSS Heavy Job is a plus
Job Duties:
- Coordinating with Superintendents to comply with project goals and expectations
- Assist with Contract Compliance & Administration
- Submittal Management
- Subcontractor Management
- Assisting Project Managers with cost controls and project changes
- Process RFI’s and Change Orders
- Project Closeout Documentation
