Job Duties
· Maintain ownership of new client assets and ensure that clients have a timely and quality implementation of Solera products.
· Work with Implementation Specialists and Customer Enablement leadership to develop and maintain the implementation process of Solera products.
· Provides clients with a single point of contact during the onboarding process, working with the customer and a team of resources towards the implementation of Solera products.
· Additional responsibilities of the role include:
· Manage the project from receipt of the project to implementation completion.
· Ensures proper documentation and that Customer Resource Management is updated.
· Documents all customer interactions consistently, thoroughly, and free of grammatical errors.
· Collect and analyze client feedback to improve upon implementation delivery.
· Work with a team of resources to ensure a timely and quality onboarding experience.
· Work independently under general supervision with minimal directions.
Requirements:
· 2 years into PM (Can be only project leading P2 For example)
· Agile and software methodolody.
· Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience with SalesForce preferred.
High School Degree or equivalent.
3+ years of experience working directly with customers is required.
3+ years of experience managing projects with customers required.
3+ Implementation Coordinator experience or equivalent required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience presenting both to groups and one-on-one.
Demonstrated communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
Education: Bachelor grade.

Pay: Up to £50,000.00 per year
