Job description
Are you are seeking to develop your theoretical and practical understanding of project management? If you have good organisational and communication skills this role could be a great opportunity for you to work within an innovative Careers Service that supports students, alumni and employers.
Our two project coordinators form part of the Operations Team, led by our Operations and Projects Manager. All team members are involved in projects running across the Careers Service, in addition to supporting our suite of sophisticated digital services. All staff follow a hybrid working pattern and we are well-equipped to offer you a comfortable working environment at home and in the office. We encourage staff to engage with Project initiatives across the University e.g., Lean training and communities of practice. Large projects may involve you working exclusively with a particular team for several months, providing the opportunity to become familiar over time with all aspects of the Careers Service.
More detailed information on the role can be found in the Further Particulars document, which is accessible via the link at the bottom of this advert.
Your application should clearly set out how you meet the criteria listed in the Further Particulars along with relevant examples. Candidates will be shortlisted based upon these criteria.
This is a part-time role. We are looking for someone to work 18 hours per week, spread over at least 3 days.
We expect interviews to be held on the 5th October.
