THE ROLE

The Project coordinator will bridge the gap between project management, creative, marketing production, planning, linguistic services, online merchandising and ecomm production to ensure that all teams are aligned on launches and that everything is reflecting correctly within tooling.

They will manage supplied asset campaigns from brief to roll out, liaising with a range of luxury fashion clients. They will create timelines, lead client calls when applicable, and ensure that all deadlines are being met. They will liaise with creative teams to brief deliverables for mock ups, ensure everything is signed off internally and externally, and work with our channel leads to brief for campaign execution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will have ownership of Monday.com tooling, ensuring that all projects are briefed into channel owners and reflecting correctly across our trackers.
  • You will ensure that editorial content is adhering to lead times and have a birdseye view on all content creation.
  • You will manage low lift client-facing campaigns for supplied assets and helium campaigns, liaising with internal teams (design, copywriting) for mock ups, and managing approvals internally and externally.
  • You will then brief the executional roll out via workstream leads (Design, media operations, marketing production, linguistics, online merchandising, etc)
  • You will have efficiency creation at the forefront of mind, and work with the wider teams to optimise tooling processes.
  • You will manage the ‘direct request’ stream from various stakeholders and liaise with design, copywriting and more to execute accordingly, taking capacity mapping into consideration.
  • You'll feel confident in communicating deliverables and deadlines for all relevant stakeholders, and ensure these are met through the project cycle.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are a highly organised individual with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
  • You have experience within a co-ordination or team assistant role, preferably within the fashion industry/publisher or agency background
  • You preferably have experience on a Project Management tool (E.g. Monday.com)

  • You have an understanding of digital formats and content production processes
