We have an exciting opportunity to join our Postgraduate Programmes team, which runs our expanding suite of Master's-level programmes designed to build the capacity of professionals to bring about positive change for sustainability within their organisations. This is a brilliant time to join our strong and dynamic team, as we are extending our portfolio with additional programmes and increased student numbers.
As the successful candidate, you will be required to provide administrative support to both the team and our students who expect a professional level of service, such as they would receive in the business world. In supporting our workshops, admissions processes and assessment procedures you will be in regular contact with our external stakeholders and suppliers and will play a key role in supporting administration for our programme.
Applicants must be committed to the values that underpin CISL's work and will be expected to demonstrate the following essential skills and experience:
- Educated to at least A level/NVQ Level 3 standard or equivalent level of practical experience.
- Previous experience in an administration/secretarial role.
- Experience of event management and or logistics; coordinating, organisation and booking.
- Experience of supporting the financial aspects of projects and financial procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
- It is advantageous to have experience working with Client Relationship Management systems.

This post is permanent, full-time and is a hybrid role located remotely/at our central Cambridge office.
